港股異動 | 香港地產股普跌 續憂減租潮來臨
格隆匯5月13日丨香港特區行政長官林鄭月娥昨日冀望,透過由全國政協副主席兼前特首董建華和樑振英牽頭的“香港再出發大聯盟”,呼籲業主減租,受消息拖累,地產收租股續受壓。新鴻基地產(0016.HK)、九龍倉置業(1997.HK)和希慎興業(0014.HK)均跌約2%,恆基地產(0012.HK)跌1.14%。行政長官林鄭月娥坦言,她過去多次呼籲商舖業主減租以與商户在疫情下共渡時艱,惟成效不彰,期望剛成立的“香港再出發大聯盟”協助呼籲業主減租。
