人均感染指数回升破1!“解封”开启德国疫情反弹再现
进入5月中旬,疫情依旧是人们最为关注的热点信息。
根据公开数据显示,目前全球新冠肺炎累计确诊病例已超过433万例。值得注意的是,随着欧美地区试图重启经济,开始松绑“封城”措施,疫情是否反扑或将成为关注重点。
而在其中,德国的疫情反弹或将为各国的抗疫敲响警钟。
根据约翰斯·霍普金斯大学实时数据显示,截至北京时间5月13日6时30分,德国累计确诊病例173042例,较昨日增加525例。新增死亡病例159例,累计死亡7722例。其中,确诊人数的回升之势较为明显。
就拿肉联厂事件来说,目前德国各地多家屠宰肉联厂员工中出现集体感染,其中,在德国巴符州米勒肉类公司,有约400人感染新冠病毒,全德国肉联厂感染人数已超过1000人。
德国联邦疾控机构罗伯特·科赫研究所此前表示,目前德国新冠疫情基本传染数已回升至1.13,即每个感染者平均传染1.13人,创下自4月16日以来的新高。而基于人均感染指数高于1使得疫情已经高于“红线”这一标准,可以看出随着德国进一步放开限制令(允许16个联邦州按照当地实际情况逐步落实解禁措施),德国疫情的严峻性依旧刻不容缓。
而疫情的反弹或将继续使得德国经济深受重创。
根据德国工商总会公布的一项调查结果显示,约有六成德国企业在疫情中为需求下滑困扰,八成的德国企业预期今年营收将下滑,其中,有1/4的企业预期营收降幅甚至超过50%;超过1/3的企业预计最快要到2021年才能恢复原有的业务规模。
与此同时,根据德国智库伊弗经济研究所发布的民调数据,德国多个行业受疫情影响被迫大幅裁员。其中,58%的餐馆,50%的酒店,43%的旅行社和39%的车企都在4月进行了裁员或者计划停止与员工续约。

此前德国政府预计,受疫情打击今年德国经济或将萎缩6.3%,创二次大战以来最为严重的经济衰退,而随着疫情至少持续到今年年底,其将面临着较大的挑战。
