《大行报告》花旗:中国4月CPI低预期 下调全年通胀预测至3.2%
花旗发表报告表示,中国4月全国居民消费价格(CPI)按年升3.3%,低於3月份之4.3%升幅,亦低於市场预期,当中食品价格上涨14.8%,非食品价格上涨0.4%。至於全国工业生产者出厂价格(PPI)按年下降3.1%,差过市场预期。
报告补充,除了历史性的油价暴跌外,至今国内生产的复苏似乎已经超过了总需求正常化的速度,由此产生的价格疲软可能会在社交距离措施结束及刺激措施开始彰显效果之前会继续存在。而PPI跌幅超出预期可能会影响消费行业,因此该行下调今年全年CPI预测,由3.6%降至3.2%,而PPI由跌2%扩大至跌2.8%。
该行又指,看到内地各种行业重上轨道,而且下游投资活动似乎有所改善。随着全球降息纾缓外部压力,而急剧的通缩会令中国人民银行或进一步放松其货币政策。
