易華錄(300212.SZ)擬設立寧夏銀川城市數據湖項目運營公司
格隆匯5月11日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司擬合作投資建設銀川數據湖基礎設施項目，以城市數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為銀川市引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型。據此，銀川市國資委下屬公司銀川閲海灣投資開發有限責任公司和易華錄擬合作成立銀川華易數據湖信息技術有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準，“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資本擬定為3億元人民幣，其中銀川閲海灣投資開發有限責任公司出資1.53億元，持股比例為51%；北京易華錄出資1.47億元，持股比例為49%。
銀川華易數據湖信息技術有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準)主營業務：數據湖基礎設施服務、數據運營服務、辦公租賃服務。
公司組建後將作為銀川數據湖的建設方及運營方，以銀川數據湖的服務能力及湖內的海量數據為基礎，開展基礎設施服務和數據運營服務。通過建設和經營，將銀川數據湖發展成為立足閲海灣中央商務區、服務銀川市、輻射寧夏回族自治區的新一代信息基礎設施和綜合性的大數據服務平台。公司將重點圍繞銀川市傳統行業為重點服務方向，聯合生態合作伙伴，將銀川數據湖項目打造為全國“大數據”基地，通過結合大數據與傳統經濟，將銀川市塑造為全國乃至全球能源經濟數字化轉型典型。
銀川數據湖作為易華錄在寧夏回族自治區內的第一個數據湖項目，將在西部地區帶來較強的示範效應。寧夏作為我國雲計算產業的搖籃，具備較強的數據運營市場基礎。同時，近年來銀川市大力發展數字經濟，正在建設“互聯網+教育”、“互聯網+醫療健康”等示範區，經過深度開發可為數據湖的數據運營業務起到強大的支撐作用。目前各大合作伙伴對數據湖存儲技術帶來的效益產生較強的合作興趣，未來銀川數據湖擬就5G產業、數據存儲、數據應用等高層次業務層面與當地企業進行深度合作。
銀川數據湖項目落地後，將成為公司在寧夏甚至整個西北地區推廣的“根據地”，有利於公司在西部地區的業務拓展，促進公司“1+3”業務體系全面發展，從而進一步提升公司的品牌實力和影響力。
