易華錄(300212.SZ)：控股子公司擬參設青島向海科技有限公司
格隆匯5月11日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，青島藍谷管理局全資子公司青島海洋科技投資發展集團有限公司、青島市財政資產管理中心全資子公司青島海洋科學與技術國家實驗室有限公司和公司控股子公司山東易華錄信息技術有限公司(“山東易華錄”)擬合作投資建設山東海洋指數項目，從我國海洋強國戰略需要出發，研究國際指數現狀和我國海洋產業發展趨勢，以海洋指數打造國際海洋的影響力，優化海洋產業結構，保護海洋生態，傳播海洋文化，支持海洋強省、海洋強國建設。
據此，青島海洋科技投資發展集團有限公司、青島海洋科學與技術國家實驗室有限公司與山東易華錄將成立青島向海科技有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準，“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資本300萬元，其中青島海洋科技投資發展集團有限公司出資90萬元，持股比例為30%；青島海洋科學與技術國家實驗室有限公司出資90萬元，持股比例為30%；山東易華錄出資120萬元，持股比例為40%。
從十八大開始，我國的“海洋強國”戰略日益堅定、路線清晰，自主研發、發佈、運營的海洋指數，有助於提升我國海洋戰略影響力，能夠對內帶動海洋金融、海洋法律、海洋中介等高端海洋服務產業的發展，提升、幫助新型海洋產業發展、提高政府在涉海領域的管理和服務水平。目前海洋領域的商用指數市場還未成熟，但市場空間巨大。
該項目是易華錄大數據戰略在海洋領域實踐的創新嘗試，通過海洋指數項目，為公司探索大數據變現、信息化產品應用、產業園項目落地提供了新的路徑。指數項目運行到一定規模會形成海量的數據，將能夠為公司數據湖生態注入海量的海洋數據，有利於公司在海洋領域進行更多的數據應用場景開拓；同時，指數作為大數據加工、提煉後的產品，可以通過指數服務實現經濟效益，為公司實現數據變現提供了新的方向；其次，海洋指數的發佈將提升公司的社會影響力，為公司帶來新的業績增長。
