中國有贊(08083.HK)一季度SaaS及延伸服務收益增長78.3% GMV1大增119%
格隆匯5月11日丨中國有贊(08083.HK)公告，截至2020年3月31日止3個月，公司取得收益約人民幣3.73億元，同比增長48.9%。其中，SaaS及延伸服務收益約人民幣2.65億元，同比增長78.3%，交易費收益約人民幣9784.8萬元，同比增長25.7%。
期間集團取得毛利約人民幣2.15億元，同比增長77.1%。其中，SaaS及延伸服務錄得毛利約人民幣2.07億元，同比增長94.6%，交易費毛利約人民幣334.4萬元（上年同期：毛虧約人民幣185.7萬元（經重列））。
期間集團毛利率由去年同期48.4%上升至本年同期57.6%。其中，SaaS及延伸服務毛利率由去年同期71.6%上升至本年同期78.2%，交易費毛利率由去年同期-2.4%上升至本年同期3.4%。
公司稱，爆發新型冠狀病毒疫情以來，商家更加重視線上經營能力以及私域流量運營的價值。很多商家，尤其是線下門店商家，使用有讚的產品和服務快速搭建線上商城，開始線上經營。通過使用有贊提供的電商解決方案以及銷售員等功能插件，很多商家的線上銷售額迅速攀升，彌補了門店歇業的損失，避免了庫存積壓，同時也保證了疫情期間有穩定的現金流。
截止到2020年3月31日，集團的存量付費商家數量為91,209家，較2019年3月31日的存量付費商家數61,686增長48%。2020年第一季度新增付費商家數量為13,987家，較2019年同期的新增付費商家數7,604增長84%。第一季度，商家通過由有贊提供的SaaS產品產生的GMV1達到人民幣208億元，同比大幅提升119%。
公司表示，公司堅信面對廣闊的市場空間，商家對於數字化經營的需求越來越高、越來越迫切。通過公司的電商SaaS產品，商家可以建立在線銷售的能力，擴大生意規模；通過公司的門店SaaS產品，商家可以將線上線下的生意打通管理，提升經營效率。服務更多商家，為商家更多更深的經營場景提供一體化的解決方案，是有贊努力的方向。
