ST摩登(002656.SZ)：控股股東及一致行動人所持6518.96萬股司法拍賣股份1.16億元成交
格隆匯5月11日丨ST摩登(002656.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年4月10日披露了《關於實際控制人及其一致行動人所持部分公司股份將被司法拍賣的公告》，湖南省長沙市中級人民法院(“長沙中院”)於2020年5月8日10時至2020年5月9日10時止在淘寶網絡司法拍賣平台上(網址：http://sf.taobao.com/)公開拍賣公司實際控制人林永飛持有的公司無限售流通股4758.9603萬股，以及其一致行動人翁武強持有的公司無限售流通股1760萬股。
(一)林永飛所持3200萬股股票
根據淘寶網絡司法拍賣平台發佈的《網絡競價成功確認書》：用户姓名廣州普慧源貿易有限公司通過競買號I9120於2020年05月09日在湖南省長沙市中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“ST摩登(股票代碼：002656)3200萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格5668.08萬元。
(二)林永飛所持1558.9603萬股股票
根據淘寶網絡司法拍賣平台發佈的《網絡競價成功確認書》：用户姓名廣州普慧源貿易有限公司通過競買號D0845於2020年05月09日在湖南省長沙市中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“ST摩登(股票代碼：002656)1558.9603萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格約2761.35萬元。
(三)翁武強所持1760萬股股票
根據淘寶網絡司法拍賣平台發佈的《網絡競價成功確認書》：用户姓名廣州普慧源貿易有限公司通過競買號L1226於2020年05月09日在湖南省長沙市中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“ST摩登(股票代碼：002656)1760萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格：￥3137.444萬元。
待此次拍賣股份最終完成過户後，林永飛、翁武強及其一致行動人持有的公司股份數量將由約2.86億股減少至約2.2億股，持股比例將由40.07%下降至30.92%。此次拍賣不會導致公司控制權發生變更，不會對公司的生產經營等產生重大不利影響。
