運達科技(300440.SZ)擬1530萬元設立合資公司 主從軌道交通交流電氣化鐵路再生制動儲能系統研發、生產及銷售業務
格隆匯5月11日丨運達科技(300440.SZ)公佈，公司擬使用自有資金1530萬元與自然人陳小川、何勁鬆、王科、賈旭梅等4名自然人共同投資設立有限公司(“合資公司”)主要從事軌道交通交流電氣化鐵路再生制動儲能系統研發、生產及銷售業務。
擬設立成都運達鐵路新能源有限公司，擬定經營範圍：軌道交通交流電氣化鐵路再生制動儲能系統技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓以及以上相關產品的生產、國內貿易(國家有專項規定的除外)；信息服務(不含證券及中介業務)；貨物進出口和技術進出口；(以工商行政機關核定為準)；註冊資本：人民幣2640萬元。
根據中國國家鐵路集團公司鐵路牽引電量、電費統計分析，我國鐵路採用再生制動方式的動車組每年無償地向電力系統返送的再生能量，尤其在樞紐型、長大坡道型線路返送的再生能量最為可觀。因此，實施具有針對性的再生能量儲能裝置應用是電氣化鐵路節能增效的重要途徑，具有較好的經濟效益和廣闊的市場前景。合資公司將依託運達科技雄厚研發實力和合資方技術團隊先進的儲能控制/保護/動態仿真等技術以及豐富的現場測試與應用經驗，優勢互補。合資公司還將立足於樞紐型、長大坡道型重載鐵路等再生能量較豐富的線路，以大幅降低鐵路電費支出為投資點，同時兼顧光伏、風電等新能源接入利用，負序、諧波、網壓波動等綜合電能質量治理、變頻融冰、應急供電等智能牽引變電所解決方案，推動再生能量存儲裝置的推廣和應用。隨着智能化牽引供電系統等理念的推行，勢必推動儲能等先進技術的實施，再生能量存儲裝置市場空間廣闊，發展前景優越。基於此，通過科研成果轉化和系統集成，合資公司將提供使樞紐型、長大坡道型高鐵、重載鐵路的更高效、更經濟、更穩定的再生制動儲能技術與裝備的整體解決方案，提升牽引供電系統的運行品質，促進電氣化鐵路系統進一步朝着智能化方向發展。
通過此次對外投資，有利於公司拓展新業務領域，佈局電氣化鐵路再生制動儲能技術與應用領域，開拓高速鐵路、重載鐵路的節能增效市場。同時此次對外投資，也是公司響應國家“節能減排”、國家鐵路集團/國家能源集團的“減員、增效”的號召，履行公司社會責任的體現。此次對外投資有利於實現公司的戰略發展目標，提升公司的核心競爭力，確保公司可持續發展，預計對公司業務發展和業績提升將產生積極影響。
