格隆汇5月10日丨康希诺生物-B(06185.HK)发布公告,有关公司建议A股发行,公司已就建议A股发行事宜提交了建议A股发行的招股章程(注册稿)(“注册稿招股章程”)及相关材料。注册稿招股章程及相关材料已刊载于上海证券交易所科创板股票发行上市审核网站kcb.sse.com.cn。
注册稿招股章程包含公司及其附属公司截至2020年3月31日止三个月的合并财务信息。合并财务信息根据中国企业会计准则编制,并经由普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)审阅。
