元力控股(01933.HK)預計年度由盈轉虧5000萬至7000萬元
格隆匯5月8日丨元力控股(01933.HK)發佈公告，憑藉在電網公司深耕多年的客户關係及具有競爭力的技術與服務，集團積極在電力物聯網及充電樁等領域開拓業務，自2020年4月至本公告日，集團與國電南瑞旗下一間子公司簽訂關於綜合能源協調控制系統及配電物聯網可視化系統建設項目的合同；申請於國家電網進行銷售集團與充電樁製造商聯合研發的直流式充電樁產品的資質。
集團積極把握中國新基建戰略帶來的城市管理髮展契機，積極開拓智慧城市物聯網業務。自2020年4月至本公告日，集團已中標天津塘沽灣智慧城市採購項目，該項目建設方預計將向集團採購約500套自主研發的物聯網網關產品；與塘沽灣項目建設方簽訂有關銷售智能衞生設備的銷售合同；與北京市公安局某分局達成300個智能監控點的安裝計劃，集團與對方的相關合同預計將在2020年6月簽署。上述項目預計可在2020年底完工，預計將對集團城市物聯網版塊的未來業績產生積極正面影響。
公司預計截至2020年3月31日止年度取得收入約人民幣1.5億元至1.8億元，同比增長約30%-56%；預計取得虧損介於人民幣5000萬元至7000萬元之間，而截止2019年3月31日止年度則盈利約人民幣2020萬元。
本年度收入增長主要得益於電力信息科技業務量的持續增長，增長點集中在技術服務及產品銷售業務，主要是因本年度各大電網客户的需求更多的集中在電力信息系統的維護與升級，以及配套設備的升級換代。業務量的增長得益於集團近年來為各大電網公司提供信息化開發及服務中積累的穩定合作關係及日漸強化的客户忠誠度，以及對客户需求及市場差異化的精準把握，為客户提供具有競爭力的產品。
取得虧損主要是由於以下原因：城市物聯網相關固定資產與無形資產的減值損失；於上年度，因收購事項產生廉價購買溢利約人民幣1160萬元，扣除相關成本後，上年度因收購事項產生的收益約人民幣630萬元；而本年度並無此類收益；因收購事項顯著地增加了集團固定資產及無形資產金額，導致本年度固定資產折舊與無形資產攤銷的合計金額與上年度相比增加約人民幣1700萬元；隨集團電力信息科技業務規模的不斷擴大，集團於本年度根據該業務分部持續擴張的預期擴充業務團隊並增加研發投入；本年度符合增值税退税條件的項目較上年度數量減少，相關退税收入較上年減少約400萬元至600萬元。
