港大零售(01255.HK):控股股东所持56.07%公司股份被接管 下周一复牌
格隆汇5月8日丨港大零售(01255.HK)公布,公司接获安迈日期为2020年5月7日的函件,内容有关委任杨美莉及黄咏诗作为商赢金融控股有限公司(“”借款人“”)所持有公司1.19993617亿股股份的共同及各别接管人及经理人,有关股份已抵押予Great Wall International Investment X Limited。抵押股份相当于公告日期的公司已发行股本约56.07%。据董事所知,借款人为公司董事会主席、执行董事及控股股东杨军最终全资拥有的公司。于公告日期,杨军于公司1.49993617亿股股份中拥有权益,约占公司已发行股本70.09%。
此外,公司已向联交所申请公司股份自2020年5月11日上午九时正起於联交所恢复买卖。
