中文在線(300364.SZ)與麥克風文化傳媒簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月7日丨中文在線(300364.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與上海麥克風文化傳媒有限公司(“麥克風文化傳媒”)簽訂《戰略合作協議》。雙方從長遠合作發展戰略考慮，本着平等互利的原則，達成長久戰略合作。協議自雙方簽署之日起生效，協議有效期為三年。
合作內容如下：
1、中文在線提供旗下的17K小説網、四月天文學網的數字版權授權作品授權給麥克風文化傳媒，麥克風文化傳媒為授權作品向終端用户開通會員產品/收費閲讀/免費閲讀等功能；
2、麥克風文化傳媒享有著作權或已經取得合法有效完整授權的音頻作品授權給中文在線，中文在線代理其音頻作品在中文在線合作渠道上進行銷售；
3、合作期限內後續由麥克風文化傳媒或麥克風文化傳媒關聯公司新開發或運營的其他與蜻蜓FM平台相關的網絡平台。
4、針對雙方已經開展及未來開展的關於中文在線音頻作品的相關合作，作為緊密合作夥伴，麥克風文化傳媒應對中文在線授權給麥克風文化傳媒的或在麥克風文化傳媒平台上運營的音頻作品給予相應的推廣資源等支持，雙方聯合運營打造優質資源。同時雙方共同探索在麥克風文化傳媒平台開展AI主播專區聯合運營模式嘗試。
上述具體合作事宜由雙方另行簽署業務合作協議。
隨着在線音頻內容的進一步開放，以及用户場景需求得到進一步挖掘，市場有望保持穩定快速增長態勢。iiMeia Research(艾媒諮詢)數據顯示，2018年，中國在線音頻市場用户規模達4.25億人，預計到2020年，中國在線音頻用户規模將達5.42億。
麥克風文化傳媒旗下“蜻蜓FM”平台已在音頻領域深耕近9年，在有聲內容的製作、運營與分發變現上均有成熟的經驗，曾打造過多個有聲書IP爆款；公司旗下子公司北京鴻達以太科技有限公司是全國最早的有聲內容製作公司、有聲內容提供商之一，經過24年的積累，擁有123萬部(集)、28萬小時有聲書資源，成為國內主流音頻(聽書)平台重要的內容提供商。此次戰略合作協議的簽署，有利於拓寬公司海量版權的變現渠道，提升版權價值，促進音頻業務的發展。
通過此次戰略合作，預計將對公司未來經營業績產生積極影響。
