美錦能源(000723.SZ)簽訂6億元氫動力項目投資協議書
格隆匯5月7日丨美錦能源(000723.SZ)公佈，2019年3月23日，公司(“乙方”)與嘉興秀洲高新技術產業開發區管理委員會簽署《美錦能源氫能汽車產業園合作框架協議》，約定在嘉興市秀洲區投資建設美錦氫能汽車產業園。根據產業需求，原在嘉興規劃的產業園項目落地區域從嘉興市秀洲區調整為嘉興港區開發建設管理委員會(以下簡稱“嘉興管委會”、“甲方”)所在的港區。廣東國鴻氫能科技有限公司(以下簡稱“國鴻氫能”、“丙方”)是以氫燃料電池為核心產品的國家高新技術企業，並取得IATF16949汽車產業准入證。國鴻氫能的產品體系涵蓋重型客車、貨車、公交車等車用燃料電池系統、氫燃料備用電源系統、氫燃料電池移動電源、燃料電池軌道交通及船舶等。
經甲乙丙三方協商確認，產業園項目一期實施階段的具體投資項目由公司及國鴻氫能共同在嘉興管委會轄區內投資建設的美錦國鴻嘉興氫動力科技項目(以下簡稱“氫動力項目”)，項目一期總投資6億元，用地約62畝，建設週期為24個月。三方以未來長期戰略合作為目標，在平等互利、協商一致的基礎上於2020年5月7日簽署了《氫動力項目投資協議書》(以下簡稱“《投資協議書》”)。
車用氫燃料電池系統總成項目計劃投資4.6億元，投資建設車用氫燃料電池系統總成生產線及附屬配套設施，規劃用地約42畝，設計年產車用氫燃料電池動力系統總成5000套。
研氫能源科技研發中心計劃總投資0.6億元，將聯合國內外氫能領域優秀科研院所以及氫能領域頂尖科研團隊打造氫能源科技研發中心。研發中心主要開展氫能源汽車整車、低成本高效制氫技術的研究、先進儲氫材料和技術的研究、高比功率燃料電池電堆及其零部件的開發、大功率燃料電池模塊及其核心零部件的開發、氫能標準與氫能檢測等工作。
氫能源展示及銷售中心計劃投資0.4億元，主要展示產業園的各類氫燃料電池汽車、不同應用場景的氫能源產品和最新研發成果，以及用於公司銷售業務洽談等。
配套加氫站項目計劃總投資0.4億元。在符合安全標準和各項審批條件的基礎上，氫動力項目用地範圍內高標準建設加氫站，用於支持廠區內生產、系統測試及示範。
