史美倫:李小加不續約與去年收購倫交所失敗無關
港交所(00388.HK)今日(7日)公布,行政總裁李小加將不會於明年10月底任期屆滿後續約,集團主席史美倫強調,其離任與去年港交所收購倫敦交易所失敗事件完全無關,指收購有成功、亦有失敗。她又指,李小加提出不續約時,其續約工作仍在啟動初期,李小加已清楚表達決定,董事會亦非常尊重。
對於下任總裁要求,她指與其他公司遴選過程無異,要求其有能量、有資源及有願景。至於港交所戰略會否有變,她表示港交所每三年檢視一次發展策略,有新管理層加入後,亦會繼續相關做法。
