海格通信(002465.SZ)簽訂約3.38億元合同
格隆匯5月7日丨海格通信(002465.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到與特殊機構客户簽訂的訂貨合同，合同總金額約3.38億元人民幣，合同標的：主要為無線通信(含衞星通信)、北斗導航產品及配套設備。
此次合同總金額約3.38億元，佔公司最近一個會計年度經審計的營業收入的7.34%。合同的履行將對公司的營業收入和營業利潤產生積極的影響，公司將根據合同要求以及收入確認原則在相應的會計期間確認收入。
公司在無線通信、導航領域具有60餘年的專業底藴，是為國防用户及國民經濟重要領域提供通信、導航、信息化裝備及服務的高科技企業集團。公司作為我國軍用通信、導航及信息化領域最大的整機和系統供應商之一，具備從芯片→模塊→天線→終端→系統及運營服務的全產業鏈產品研製與服務能力，全頻段覆蓋、產品系列全、用户覆蓋廣，產業優勢明顯。公司在“十三五”國防信息化多個科研項目比試中成績位於前列，隨着國防信息化建設繼續加強，可以預見未來特殊機構的市場潛力廣闊。
公司是北斗導航重要的設備供應商，在北斗導航相關特殊機構市場處於領先地位，市場前景廣闊。公司已先期啟動北斗三號新體制信號研究，構築芯片化、高精度等核心技術競爭優勢，開展北斗三號系列終端研製。2019年，公司在第十屆中國衞星導航年會上對外同時發佈兩款擁有完全自主知識產權、全頻點覆蓋的衞星導航高精度芯片——“海豚一號”基帶芯片、北斗三號RX37系列射頻芯片，提供面向北斗三號應用的基帶+射頻全芯片解決方案，將可用於測量測繪、無人平台、應急救援、高精度授時及智慧城市建設等應用場景。公司北斗三號全球信號多模多頻射頻芯片已在用户實物比測成績第一，優勢明顯；北斗三號全球信號多模多頻基帶芯片率先一次性流片成功。
未來，公司將圍繞“兩個高端”(高端高科技製造業、高端現代服務業)發展戰略，藉助在國防應用領域的深厚技術積累，利用公司“芯片-模塊-天線-終端-系統-運營”的全產業鏈佈局以及一攬子系統解決方案優勢，搶佔新一輪市場先機，積極鞏固和提升市場份額。同時，公司將加大布局衞星互聯網、無人系統、5G等新興領域，進一步提升行業應用和大眾應用的市場競爭力，為未來的可持續發展奠定堅實基礎。
