高盛:維持港交所(0388.HK)“中性”評級 目標價250港元
高盛發佈報告稱,港交所(0388.HK)公佈今年首季每股盈利1.8港元,低於該行預期6%,主要是因投資收益較預期疲弱所拖累,期內收入低於預期6%,是因投資業務出現虧損4700萬港元,對比其過去四季平均每季收益為6.87億港元,是由於所持證券及債券按市值入賬的投資公允值變動所影響。
該行稱,港交所今年首季除税前盈利也低於該行原預期8%,若撇除投資益收影響則符合預期(升1%)。該行表示,維持對港交所“中性”投資評級及目標價250港元。
