百威亞太:一季度銷量下滑42.3%,虧損4100萬美元
百威亞太5月7日早間發佈一季度的未經審核業績,報告顯示公司一季度淨虧損4100萬美元,去年同期盈利2.4億美元;營收9.56億美元,同比下滑39%。
集團一季度實現啤酒總銷量127720萬公升,同比減少42.3%。報告稱,銷量大幅下滑主要是受區內COVID-19疫情所影響,加上由於在2019年4月在韓國實施漲價前銷量增加,因此難以與2019年第一季度的數字相比。

啤酒銷售受阻,導致公司一季度營收同比下跌39%,但是業務毛利率有所提高,每百升收入增長 5.7%。
具體來看,集團產品主要銷售地區中,中國地區銷量下降 46.5%,每百升收入增長 2.0%,收入下跌 45.4%。公司表示,雖然高端及超高端產品組合的表現因為渠道受阻不盡人意,但其表現繼續顯著優於其他類別,且在組合內所有渠道的貢獻均有所增加,成為推動該地區每百升收入增長的主要因素。
亞太地區東部銷量下降 22.2%,每百升收入增長 1.9%,收入下降 20.8%。其中韓國地區每百升收入增長受到税務改革政策影響,其降低了本韓國國內啤酒的消費税。
單位產品銷售收入增長的同時,成本也在增加,一季度集團每百升銷售成本增加 22.3%,主要是受非可變成本(如折舊及攤銷成本)及營運效率因銷量減少而下跌所致。剔除這些因素後,產品銷售成本整體減少 29.4%。
隨着疫情在中國和韓國得到有效控制,百威的主要銷售渠道也逐漸恢復,數據顯示集團業務自3月中起每週持續改善,集團估計中國地區2020年4月的銷量與去年同期相比下跌約17%。
受公告影響,今日開盤百威亞太股價有所下跌,截至發稿,跌3.45%,報價21港元,總市值2781.11億港元。

值得一提的是,百威亞太自去年9月以27港元發行上市以來,除上市初期連續幾日上漲外,整體呈下跌趨勢,至5月6日收盤累計跌幅20.62%,並在4月初跌至歷史低位18.76港元。
