港交所(00388.HK)首季主要業務收入升19%至40.56億港元 IPO數雄冠全球
格隆匯5月7日丨港交所(00388.HK)披露截至2020年3月31日止3個月的季度業績，報告期內，集團收入及其他收益為40.09億港元，同比下降7%。其中，主要業務收入為40.56億港元，同比增長19%；營運支出為10.25億港元，同比增長6%；EBITDA為29.84億港元，同比下降10%；股東應占溢利為22.62億港元，同比下降13%；基本每股盈利1.80港元。
儘管經濟及市場環境動盪，和新冠病毒肆虐全球，香港交易所現貨、衍生產品及商品業務於2020年第一季仍表現良好，反映有關業務的穩健及韌性。標題平均每日成交金額升至1209億港元，分別較2019年第四季及2019年第一季增加57%及20%。滬深港通收入及其他收益於2020年第一季創下季度新高紀錄，北向及南向交易的成交量同創季度新高。在全球市場更趨波動的情況下，衍生產品及商品市場於2020年第一季的成交量較2019年第一季亦略見增長。儘管市場充滿不明朗因素，香港交易所於2020年第一季亦有39家新公司上市，按新上市公司數目計高踞全球首位。
儘管交易量上升，2020年第一季收入及其他收益較2019年第一季減少7%，因為全球股市及定息市場均見大幅拋售(尤其是3月份)，集體投資計劃錄得公平值虧損5.21億港元(2019年第一季收益創下3.90億港元的紀錄)，將期內交易及結算費用的增幅抵銷有餘。然而，若與2019年第四季相比，2020年第一季收入及其他收益在交易量增加所帶動下則大增7%。
營運支出較2019年第一季增加6%，但較2019年第四季減少11%。與2019年第一季相比的增幅源自年度薪酬調整、2019年6月收購港融科技令僱員數目上升，以及戰略項目及其他業務舉措令專業費用增加。
為應對全球新冠病毒疫情對市場及經濟造成的持續不穩定局面，集團繼續全力推行《戰略規劃2019-2021》各項措施的同時，亦更謹慎控制支出及管理風險。此外，集團亦採取了若干行動去減低集體投資計劃的風險，以緊貼市況變動。這些措施未來數月會不斷檢討，再按市場及經濟環境的變化作相應修訂。
