港交所(00388.HK):行政總裁李小加任期於明年10月底屆滿時將不再重續合約
香港交易所(00388.HK)公布,集團行政總裁李小加於今天(7日)通知董事會其擬於現時合約在2021年10月底屆滿時不再重續集團行政總裁合約。他承諾繼續領導集團直至繼任者任命之時。
香港交易所成立一個由香港交易所主席史美倫及香港交易所董事阿博巴格瑞、洪丕正及席伯倫組成的遴選委員會,進行正式的遴選程序。
史美倫表示,衷心感謝李小加在過去十年中的傑出領導及對香港市場的貢獻,代表董事會感謝他盡量付出時間來確保公司順利過渡。董事會有信心他的繼任過程將順利有序,而集團擁有堅實的基礎。
