瀛海集團(08668.HK)發盈警,預期截至2020年3月止首季度將錄得虧損介乎約400萬至600萬元,對比2019年同期則錄溢利。
公司解釋,首季盈轉虧是由於期內疫情致銷售及分銷酒店客房以及提供汽車租賃服務產生的收益大幅減少;及僱員福利開支、折舊開支及專業費用增加,致行政開支增加所致。
