天邑股份(300504.SZ)：間接持股董監高擬合計減持不超29.17萬股
格隆匯5月6日丨天邑股份(300504.SZ)公佈，公司近日接到趙洪全、唐興剛、吳靜秋、馮建瓊、朱永分別出具的《關於股份減持計劃的告知函》。
1、公司股東成都欣邑投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“欣邑投資”)截至公告日持有公司240.24萬股股份，佔公司總股本的0.8984%，公司董事及副總經理趙洪全，監事唐興剛、吳靜秋、馮建瓊通過欣邑投資合計間接持有公司股份54.675萬股，佔公司總股本的0.2045%，上述人員計劃通過欣邑投資以集中競價交易方式減持公司股份不超過13.66萬股(佔公司總股本的0.0511%)，將在減持計劃公告之日起十五個交易日後的六個月內進行，即自2020年5月28日至2020年11月27日(根據中國證監會及深圳證券交易所相關規定禁止減持的期間除外)。
2、公司股東成都天盛投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“天盛投資”)截至公告日持有公司223.95萬股股份，佔公司股份總股本的0.8375%，公司董事及副總經理朱永通過天盛投資間接持有公司股份40.5萬股，佔公司總股本的0.1515%，計劃通過天盛投資以集中競價交易方式減持公司股份不超過10.12萬股(佔公司總股本的0.0378%)，將在減持計劃公告之日起十五個交易日後的六個月內進行，即自2020年5月28日至2020年11月27日(根據中國證監會及深圳證券交易所相關規定禁止減持的期間除外)。
3、公司股東成都康強企業管理中心(有限合夥)(“成都康強”)截至公告日持有公司135.4萬股股份，佔公司股份總股本的0.5063%，公司監事唐興剛、馮建瓊通過成都康強間接持有公司股份21.6萬股，佔公司總股本的0.0808%，計劃通過成都康強以集中競價交易方式減持公司股份不超過5.39萬股(佔公司總股本的0.0202%)，將在減持計劃公告之日起十五個交易日後的六個月內進行，即自2020年5月28日至2020年11月27日(根據中國證監會及深圳證券交易所相關規定禁止減持的期間除外)。
