匯控(00005.HK)據報入稟促接管新加坡石油交易商Zenrock
綜合《路透》及《彭博通訊社》報道,匯控(00005.HK)已向新加坡高等法院入稟,要求法院接管新加坡商品交易商Zenrock,並對其進行債務重組,以免重演另一商品交易商興隆(Hin Leong)事件,匯控在興隆有6億美元貸款。
Zenrock於2014年成立,參與原油、石油產品及石化產品交易,消息指匯控對該公司貸款餘額少於5,500萬美元。該公司亦有向法國外貿銀行(Natixis SA)及新加坡華僑銀行等借款,並於上月23日向荷蘭銀行還款。
