八菱科技(002592.SZ):收到大姚麻王科華生物《解除合同通知書》
格隆匯5月6日丨八菱科技(002592.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到大姚麻王科華生物科技有限公司(下稱“科華生物”)的《解除合同通知書》,科華生物單方面提出解除2019年4月19日與公司簽訂的《增資協議書》,並要求公司在2020年5月20日前委派代表前去協商《增資協議書》解除之後續事宜。截至公告日,公司向科華生物累計支付增資款3800萬元。
公司表示,公司將與科華生物就《解除合同通知書》的相關問題進行協商,若協商不成,公司可能會涉及訴訟,已投入資金可能面臨難以收回並承擔損失的風險。
