鵬鼎控股(002938.SZ)：聘任沈慶芳擔任首席執行官 陳章堯擔任總經理
格隆匯5月5日丨鵬鼎控股(002938.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年4月30日召開第二屆董事會第一次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》，根據《鵬鼎控股(深圳)股份有限公司章程》規定，公司董事會同意聘任公司高級管理人員如下：
1、聘任沈慶芳擔任公司首席執行官，任期為三年。
2、聘任陳章堯擔任公司總經理，任期為三年。
3、聘任範振坤、林益弘、蕭得望、周紅、李文中、鍾佳宏擔任公司副總經理，任期三年。
4、聘任蕭得望擔任公司財務總監，任期三年。
5、聘任周紅擔任公司董事會祕書，任期三年。
沈慶芳：1952年生，中國台灣籍，無其他境外永久居留權，畢業於台灣中國文化大學企業管理系，獲學士學位。1979年至1989年任職於中國輸出入銀行，曾擔任科長；1990年至1993年任職於亞洲證券股份有限公司，曾擔任副總經理；1993年至1994年任職於台灣中興商業銀行，曾擔任總經理特助；1994年至1996年任職於台灣太平洋證券股份有限公司，曾擔任執行副總經理；1996年至1997年任職於亞洲財務顧問股份有限公司，曾擔任總經理；1997年至1999年任職於理想大地股份有限公司，曾擔任總經理；1999年至2004年任職於耀文電子工業股份有限公司，曾擔任總經理；2004年任職於鴻揚創業投資股份有限公司，曾擔任副總經理；2005年至今擔任臻鼎控股董事長；現任公司董事長兼首席執行官。沈慶芳通過臻鼎控股及悦灃公司共計間接持有鵬鼎控股1.03%股權。
陳章堯：1967年生，中國台灣籍，無其他境外永久居留權，畢業於台灣交通大學資訊工程系，獲學士學位，後獲得台灣大學資訊工程學碩士學位。1995年至2004年任職於愉進電腦股份有限公司，曾擔任副總經理；2004年至2006年任職于思源科技股份有限公司，曾擔任經理；2006年至2017年任職於臻鼎控股，曾擔任資深副總經理；2017年至今任職於公司，現任公司總經理。陳章堯通過公司間接控股股東臻鼎控股及公司股東悦灃有限公司間接持有鵬鼎控股0.17%股權。
