中國軟件國際(00354.HK)與華為共建鯤鵬計算生態標杆
格隆匯5月5日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)發佈公告，公司近日與華為軟件技術有限公司、重慶西永綜合保税區管理委員會簽署戰略合作協議，本着互惠共贏的合作原則，合作三方發揮各自優勢，在重慶西永微電子產業園區共同打造鯤鵬計算產業生態重慶中心，建設鯤鵬計算產業園、鯤鵬實驗室、應用系統鯤鵬轉化平台、基於鯤鵬的行業解決方案孵化平台、全國性鯤鵬產業認證機構、鯤鵬計算展示平台、鯤鵬計算產業創新基金和鯤鵬開源社區，實施鯤鵬人才培養計劃，推動鯤鵬計算產業創新發展。
合作三方將聯合重慶市經濟和信息化委員會成立工作組，重慶西永保税區管委會將統籌協調相關資源，發揮資金、區位、政策等優勢，助力產業扶持、人才培養、鯤鵬轉化等核心產業活動，公司將基於解放號軟件產業生態雲平台，提供生態運營、IT工程、人才培養等全面服務，攜手華為構建鯤鵬生態全棧服務能力，支撐鯤鵬技術生態、產業生態、行業生態的建設和發展，推動國產操作系統、數據庫、中間件、行業應用軟件等向鯤鵬平台遷移，引入並培育優質國產硬件及軟件企業，加速重點產業的國產化進程。
華為通過硬件開放、軟件開源、使能合作伙伴的策略，發展鯤鵬計算產業，為數字世界打造堅實的算力底座，為數字經濟提供強大的算力保障。公司早前與華為、重慶市經濟和信息化委員會、重慶兩江新區管理委員會簽署四方戰略合作協議，構建華為（重慶）人工智能創新中心，為國內企業進行AI賦能，激活鯤鵬產業生態。此次本公司攜手華為，在重慶西永微電園構建鯤鵬重慶中心，是鯤鵬計算產業生態項目的重要落地，將進一步深化公司與華為在鯤鵬產業的全面合作關係，彰顯了公司作為華為鯤鵬計算產業重要生態運營夥伴的地位，有利打造立足重慶、面向全國的鯤鵬產業標杆，並推動更多城市與鯤鵬產業生態融合發展。
展望未來，公司將基於鯤鵬雲底座，升級解放號成為軟件產業互聯網，通過知識圖譜等平台核心能力面向行業客户、集成商和獨立軟件開發商(ISV)構建聚算力模型，持續提升鯤鵬服務價值，做華為鯤鵬體系的踐行者，鯤鵬雲服務的使能者和鯤鵬雲應用的先行者，助力鯤鵬產業生態做大做強。公司將緊緊把握軟件國產以及數字新基建機遇，充分發揮解放號軟件產業互聯網的作用，強化產業雲聯結能力，聚焦政府和企業數字化場景主航道，構建數字化服務新生態，持續優化商業模式，為股東創造更大價值。
