建业集团旗下的物业管理公司建业新生活(09983.HK)计划明日(5月5日)起招股,本周五(5月8日)中午截飞。公司计划发行3亿股,90%为国际发售,余下10%作公开发售,招股价范围介乎5.6元至7.2元,每手1,000股,入场费7,272.55元。集资16.8亿元至21.6亿元。基石投资者Hillhouse Capital将认购7,500万美元股份。股份预期5月8日定价,5月15日上市。
