格隆匯4月30日丨創新醫療(002173.SZ)披露2019年年度報告,報告期內,公司實現營業收入8.72億元,同比下降17.63%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損11.50億元,而上年同期為盈利2967.72萬元;經營活動現金淨流入9636.93萬元,同比下降25.55%;基本每股虧損2.53元。
公司根據三家醫院子公司的實際經營情況,並結合評估機構及年審會計師事務所的專業判斷,計提商譽減值8.91億元,對2019年度業績產生重大不利影響。
