浙江廣廈(600052.SH)2019年度淨利潤升939.91%至12.25億元
格隆匯4月30日丨浙江廣廈(600052.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入約1.01億元，同比下降87.46%，歸屬於母公司所有者淨利潤約12.25億元，同比上升939.91%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-1.69億元；基本每股收益1.41元，基本每股收益
歸屬於母公司所有者淨利潤大幅增長主要系公司本期完成天都實業100%股權的交割，確認投資收益所致。
公司自1997年上市以來，公司一直在建築施工、房地產開發領域深耕，為浙江省老牌房地產開發企業之一。近幾年，基於上市公司自身轉型發展的需要，公司於2015年下半年正式提出退出房地產行業的戰略。隨着報告期內天都實業股權完成交割，公司已無在開發房地產項目及土地儲備，因此截止本報告期末，公司已基本完成主要房地產業務的退出。
現階段，公司影視文化業務的經營主體以全資子公司廣廈傳媒有限公司為主，其主要經營模式為影視劇的投資、製作、發行。廣廈傳媒的產品策略為聚焦衞視精品劇，並逐步向網劇、網絡電影、院線電影橫向延伸。接下來，公司一方面將順應行業發展及監管趨勢，在充分認識行業風險和自身優劣勢的前提下，通過整合市場優質資源，加強項目的儲備工作，形成具有自身特色的精品化開發路線，提升市場競爭力及內生動力；另一方面，經過近幾年的發展，影視行業進入盤整期，頭部效應日益明顯，同時隨着市場環境、產業政策、税收政策的變化，純製作類公司業績波動性加大、週期性特徵明顯，因此，公司未來將根據市場契機，在充分調研、研究的基礎上的進行外延式擴張，佈局影視產業上下游或具有協同效應的相關的資產及業務，提升公司在影視傳媒行業的競爭力，培育新的利潤增長點。
公司2019年利潤主要來源於出售天都實業股權確認的投資收益，隨着主要房地產項目的退出，公司主營業務收入來源將以影視行業為主。
