格隆匯4月29日丨西儀股份(002265.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入7.47億元，同比下降2.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤704.79萬元，上年同期虧損6838.73萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損3294.03萬元，上年同期虧損8136.51萬元；基本每股收益0.02元。
公司目前主要從事汽車發動機連桿、其他工業產品、機牀零部件及其他產品的研發與生產。主要產品為轎車、微車和輕型車系列連桿、其他工業產品以及機牀關鍵零部件。
汽車發動機連桿是汽車發動機的五大關鍵零部件之一(缸體、缸蓋、曲軸、連桿和凸輪軸)，主要用於汽車動力系統。自1994年第一條生產線建成以來，公司專注於各種汽車發動機連桿產品的生產及工藝研發，經過多年的技術投入和市場拓展，公司被納入國際汽車巨頭的零部件全球採購體系。
其他工業產品是公司成立以來就開始從事的業務，通過長期不間斷地產品研發、技術積累和工藝革新，其他工業產品的技術水平已具有先進水平，現行產品系國家特許生產，用於專門用途。
公司主要經營模式有1、採購模式：公司對外採購模式主要實行招投標、市場競價採購模式。2、生產模式：在生產製造方面公司以銷定產，實行精益生產。3、銷售模式：公司的銷售主要採用直銷模式，每年與客户簽訂供貨合同，明確產品價格、預計需求量。公司所從事業務是技術加工型行業，市場競爭主要體現為技術的競爭。公司經過長期的技術開發積累，已擁有一批專利和一支高素質的人才隊伍，擁有這是構成公司競爭優勢的重要基礎。同時，公司將繼續通過技術培訓、工作鍛鍊、內部激勵等各種方式，不斷提升實力，保持技術上的競爭優勢。
公司目前利潤的主要來源為其他工業產品和連桿產品的生產和銷售。其他工業產品的特殊地位和國家計劃採購模式決定了這類產品面臨的競爭壓力較小，但利潤大小受國家計劃影響，公司在產品數量與價格方面的控制力較弱。連桿產品是公司近幾年穩定的利潤來源，且逐年增長。經過技術改造後，公司在連桿方面的生產能力、技術水平有很大提高，競爭力大大加強，在確保微車連桿市場佔有率的前提下，重點發展毛利率更高的中高級轎車連桿市場，產品結構的優化是公司連桿產品利潤增加的主要原因。
報告期公司處於業務發展期，新產品開發較多，產品的銷售規模不斷擴大，公司降本增效工作取得一定實效，但受市場下滑等影響，公司經營質量有所下降。
