南洋股份(002212.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤降17.37%至4.01億元
格隆匯4月29日丨南洋股份(002212.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入70.91億元，同比增長12.55%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.01億元，同比下降17.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.14億元，同比下降30.89%；基本每股收益0.3552元。
報告期內，公司整體經營穩定，發展前景良好。公司實現營業收入同比增加12.55%，主要系網絡安全業務營業收入同比增加39.57%所致；公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤同比減少17.37%，主要系網絡安全板塊加大研發和市場投入及本期確認股份支付費用所致。
(一)電線電纜業務
報告期內，公司繼續保持電線電纜業務在銷售傳統市場的優勢地位。公司在中國南方電網有限責任公司(“南方電網”)及其下屬公司的重大采購項目中依然保持良好業績，公司在南方電網主網和配網的招投標中，中標品類覆蓋了全產品線。
報告期內，公司積極進行新產品研發，儲備技術、產品及人才，謀求新的市場機會。在電線電纜業務方面，開展了18項研發項目，涉及新能源電纜、特種電纜、高壓電纜、機器人用動力電纜等，均根據客户的特殊需求以及社會發展的新趨勢研發，部分項目已經開始銷售渠道的開發及相關資質認證工作。
(二)網絡安全業務
報告期內，天融信網絡投資設立了全資子公司成都天融信網絡安全技術有限公司，符合公司整體戰略目標，完善、深化了公司在網絡安全領域的佈局，進一步拓寬了市場空間。報告期內，公司積極進行新產品研發，儲備技術、產品及人才，謀求新的市場機會。緊貼網絡安全形勢的變化和客户需求，重點在雲計算、國產化、工業互聯網、物聯網、移動互聯網、量子計算、下一代互聯網和大數據等領域，開展了安全防護、安全檢測、安全接入、數據安全、雲安全、移動安全、端點安全、態勢感知、工業信息安全、物聯網安全、安全雲服務平台等研發項目。
