大摩:上調九倉置業(1997.HK)至與大市同步 微降目標價至35港元
摩根士丹利發表研究報告,預計因香港零售銷量復甦和母公司增持股份,九龍倉置業(1997.HK)短期估值將會提升,上調公司評級至與大市同步,但微降目標價至35港元。
報告指出,隨着香港疫情回穩,消費情緒好轉,同時中國可能最快在6月恢復個人遊,提供零售的進一步上漲機會,預計香港零售銷量在2月和3月已經觸底,之後下滑幅度將會收窄。
報告估計,會德豐(0020.HK)將繼續購買九倉置業的股份,因按照私有化公告前者持股仍然不足,公司盈利風險和結構性逆風依然存在,預計今年每股盈利將下滑15%。
