華潤三九(000999.SZ)2020年半年度淨利潤預降30.33%-50.07%
格隆匯4月29日丨華潤三九(000999.SZ)公佈,預計2020年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.6億元-12億元,同比下降30.33%-50.07%。
公司本期業績大幅下降的主要原因是:公司於2019年1月出售所持深圳市三九醫院有限公司82.89%股權,給公司2019年度帶來約6.8億元(税後)資產處置收益,上述收益為非經常性損益,預計扣除上述非經常性損益的影響後,2020年半年度公司經營業績基本符合預期。
