聯交所延長《有關法團身份的不同投票權受益人的諮詢文件》諮詢期至5月底
香港交易所(00388.HK)旗下全資附屬公司聯交所宣布,將有關容許法團實體享有不同投票權的建議(法團身份的不同投票權受益人諮詢文件)的諮詢期延長至5月31日。
香港交易所上市主管陳翊庭表示,不少持份者表示他們仍在準備回應諮詢文件,並要求延長回應期限。明白新冠肺炎疫情對個人及機構的工作安排造成重大影響,延長諮詢期讓市場有更充足時間就諮詢作出回應。
