招商局港口尾盤急漲23%,公司迴應私有化傳聞
4月28日,招商港口在尾盤招商局港口尾盤突然直線急拉,盤中一度飆漲近30%後有所回落,截至收盤,股價報11.2港元,成交額3.32億港元,最新市值386.3億港元。據媒體報道,此次突然暴漲的原因據悉是其考慮將私有化。

據最新消息,招商局港口迴應私有化傳聞,稱所有消息都會通過港交所公佈,對目前有關市場報道疑其私有化傳聞暫不予置評。
值得一提的是,招商局港口的突然飆漲,也同時大幅拉高了港股航運及碼頭概念板塊,中遠海控大漲6.73%、中遠海運港口、日照港、中遠海發、中國外運等多隻航運碼頭股上漲明顯。

據資料顯示,招商局港口是招商局集團旗下的上市平台之一,目前招商局集團持股佔比63.09%。公司核心業務為從事內地、香港及海外的港口與相關業務,是中國最大以至世界領先的公共碼頭營運商。
對於今日招商局港口被市場報道疑為私有化的傳聞,實質上在此前並無相關説法或傳聞,但在2019年下半年起,母公司招商局集團確實是有對集團混改提速的一系列動作,此次混改的核心資產之一就是其港口的資產及業務。而增資擴股的實施方——港通發展實際上是招商局的子公司,是上市公司招商港口的第二大股東,控股遼寧兩家上市港口營口港(600317.SH)、大連港(601880.SH)。
但混改並不意味着私有化,招商局集團近年來一直積極探索推動下屬子公司的混合所有制改革,目前招商局有2/3的二級公司已經實現混合所有制,還有1/3的二級公司正在根據混改方案進行股權結構的多元化。
因此從目前集團的動作看,對包括招商局港口在內的資產混改又有了新進展或是今日該股突然異動的主要原因,不過,最終原因如何還是需等官方的最終披露。
另外,截至目前,招商局港口的最新PE僅有約4.6倍,市淨率僅有不到0.5倍,明顯處於偏低水平。
同時,公司的財報數據顯示,2019年公司實現80.89億元,同比下滑11.86%,淨利潤74.91億元,同比上漲15.42%,但扣非的歸母淨利潤為15.62億元,大降67.38%。

不過,A股的關聯公司招商港口(001872)的業績表現卻異常靚麗,2019年該公司營業收入121.24億元,同比增長24.94%;利潤總額108.07億元,較上年同期增長199.01%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤28.98億元,較上年同期增長165.79%,創歷史新高。
