野村:料粵海投資(0270.HK)業績受疫情負面影響有限 維持買入評級
野村發表研究報告指,粵海投資(0270.HK)今年首季純利按年下跌17.6%至9.86億港元;撇除投資物業公允值一次性虧損後,税前盈利僅按年跌9.8%。該行預期,公司今年每股派息將增加5%,故維持其買入評級,目標價為17.5港元,續列為該行香港公用股的首選。
野村指,季內公司於香港供水量增加0.3%,符合該行長期預測,儘管深圳及東莞供水量差過預期,但相信跌幅並非永久性,原因是惡劣的天氣狀況可能會影響對淡水的需求。至於公路業務盈利下跌97.4%亦符合預期。
該行認為,整體來説,新冠狀病毒疫情雖然令粵海投資各業務面臨挑戰,尤其是房地產及公路業務方面,但認為有關負面影響只限今年,且不會構成結構性的長遠影響。
