格隆匯4月28日丨鴻博股份(002229.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入6.27億元，同比下降11.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3530.93萬元，同比增長586.53%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1361.31萬元，上年同期虧損742.2萬元；基本每股收益0.0707元。
報告期內，公司各方面業務取得一定的進展。(1)業務方面：在穩定票證業務市場份額的基礎上，精品書刊印刷業務和即開票印製業務得到鞏固提升，同時公司通過產能優化，工藝及技術革新和降本增效等措施，有效降低管理成本，降低了原材料上漲和人工成本上升帶來的影響。在新業務方面，公司積極參與數字經濟的探索與實踐，在多次考察東南亞彩票市場後，提出結合區塊鏈技術的紙質即開型彩票產品設計、生產、交付、追溯的高性價比解決方案，並與當地彩票運營商建立戰略合作，同時面向國內市場，延伸即開型彩票的服務能力，結合即開型彩票社會化渠道銷售的業態，在技術上投入研發，並積極性開展小規模試點。(2)內部管理方面：公司繼續推動集團採購管理變革，加強供應商管理，降低原輔材料成本，2019年度集團採購佔全公司採購總額的25.69%，佔比持續增加。初步實現內部採購集中化管理；信息化建設方面，公司繼續提升集團信息化管理水平，推動業務流程優化和ERP模塊細化，內部管理向精細化不斷邁進；推動內部票證產業的融合與調整，優化銷售、訂單客服管理，提升票證業務開拓能力。(3)社會責任方面：公司2019年度在知識產權申請、國家祕密載體甲級資質、綠色印刷認證和環保投入方面持續投入，連續數年躋身“中國印刷企業百強”。(4)產業升級方面：在立足於彩票全產業鏈，積極探索新彩票的業務機會，在新彩種、新技術、新渠道、新零售等方面探索新產業的佈局，尋求新的併購機會，發揮資本平台優勢，推動公司多元化發展。
