新世界發展(00017.HK)擬"4合1"進行股份合併
格隆匯4月27日丨新世界發展(00017.HK)公佈,董事會建議按每4股已發行現有股份合併為1股合併股份的基準實行股份合併,並透過不處理原將由此產生的每股零碎合併股份,將公司已發行股本中的合併股份數目下調至最接近的整數。股份合併須待(其中包括)股東於股東特別大會上批准後方可作實。
目前,現有股份於聯交所交易的每手買賣單位為1,000股現有股份。於股份合併生效後,合併股份買賣的每手買賣單位仍為1,000股合併股份。
