格隆匯4月27日丨德新交運(603032.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入9901.11萬元，同比下降41.88%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤714.50萬元，同比下降97.24%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-2565.91萬元；基本每股收益0.04元，公司2019年度不分配利潤，資本公積不轉增。
報告期，公司主要業務包括道路旅客運輸和客運汽車站業務，其他業務包括房屋與倉庫的租賃、車輛維修、車輛配件銷售及道路貨運業務。
公司道路客運服務主要為自治區內各地州市之間的市際班車客運業務，並提供部分班線的省際和國際班車客運服務。公司擁有經交通主管部門核定的客運線路經營權，通過配置相應的營運車輛為旅客提供人員及隨身行李的運輸服務，並按照規定收取相應費用。
截至報告期末，公司擁有國內客運班線88條、國際客運班線11條，各類營運車輛481輛，其中班線客運車輛443輛(含非定線旅遊車輛144輛)，班線客運客座9,503座，貨運、冷鏈運輸車輛38輛(其中箱式貨車4輛，牽引車17輛，掛車16輛，冷鏈掛車1輛)，城市租賃、小件快運配送服務車輛38輛，平均日發班次73班以上。國內班線涵蓋烏魯木齊至新疆區內主要大中城市和甘肅、四川、山東、浙江等其他省市；國際班線涵蓋4國。
報告期，公司完成運輸週轉量3700.49萬噸公里，同比減少24.62%；客運量88.89萬人次，同比減少22.20%；貨運量0.61萬噸，同比增加15.09%；完成旅客週轉量26914.78萬人公里，同比減少36.38%；完成貨運週轉量1009.01萬噸公里，同比增加48.74%；全年共計發班26514班，與去年同期相比減少了9737.5班。報告期，公司未發生同等以上有人員傷亡的安全生產責任事故。責任事故率0次/車，責任受傷率0人/車，責任死亡率0人/車，與部頒標準及集團公司下浮40%指標相比：責任事故率、責任受傷率、責任死亡率均下降100%。
