綠城中國(03900.HK)急彈11%重越牛熊線 溢價35.5%引資A股新湖中寶為第三大股東
綠城中國(03900.HK)以每股9.5元(較上周五收市價溢價35.5%)向A股新湖中寶股份(600208.SH)全資附屬配售3.23億股或佔綠城擴大後已發股本12.95%,成為繼中交集團及九倉後,公司第三大股東,集資30.685億元,主要用作還債及營運資金。交易完成後,新湖中寶將持有綠城近13%權益,成為中交集團及九倉後,第三大股東。另外,綠城以總代價逾18.23億人民幣收購新湖中寶兩間附屬權益,參與江蘇南通一個項目。
綠城中國今早一舉突破20天、10天及牛熊線(7.38-7.48元),曾急彈17%高見8.23元,現造7.76元,急彈11%,成交增至820萬股,涉資6,470萬元。
