泰禾集團(000732.SZ)及實控人被列為失信被執行人
格隆匯4月26日丨泰禾集團(000732.SZ)公佈，2017年3月，公司控股子公司東莞市金澤置業投資有限公司與西藏信託有限公司簽訂《貸款合同》，西藏信託向東莞金澤置業發放貸款8億元，用於項目開發。泰禾集團為前述貸款提供了連帶責任擔保，相關擔保額度經公司第七屆董事會第四十九次會議以及2016年第四次臨時股東大會審議通過。
2019年5月，因東莞金澤置業小股東盧澤芳、王照文與東莞金澤置業控股股東、公司全資子公司福建中維房地產開發有限公司在股權利潤分配、債務承擔等方面存在爭議，雙方糾紛已進入仲裁程序。2019年10月，西藏信託為了維護其貸款安全，根據貸款合同中的相關約定，向東莞金澤置業及其所有股東、擔保方提起了訴訟。
2019年12月31日，原告被告達成調解，調解書約定，東莞金澤置業應於2020年1月15日前償還6,000萬元本金及473.73萬元利息，應於2020年3月31日前償還1,000萬元本金及利息，剩餘款項在2020年8月31日前分期償還。達成調解後，借款人於2020年1月支付本金共計1,000萬元，但2020年一季度，受到新冠病毒肺炎疫情影響，項目公司東莞金澤置業無項目銷售回款，導致調解未執行完全，西藏信託遂於2020年4月1日申請執行，項目公司以及為該項債務提供擔保的泰禾集團及黃其森先生承擔連帶責任而被列為被執行人。
後因借款人、擔保人與西藏信託未就還款執行方案達成一致，截至2020年4月22日，該執行未履行，上述被執行人被北京市第四中級人民法院列為失信被執行人。
目前，隨着疫情的逐步緩解，項目公司東莞金澤置業正加緊銷售，促進回款，爭取利用項目銷售回款儘快償還應付本金及利息。同時，項目公司和泰禾集團正在積極與申請執行人協商解決方案，截至目前已經初步形成和解方案，爭取儘快完成刪除失信被執行人信息。
