格隆匯4月25日丨遠東傳動(002406.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，2019年實現營業收入17.54億元，較上年同期增長2.01%；實現營業利潤3.16億元，較上年同期增長2.46%；實現利潤總額3.15億元，較上年同期增長2.50%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.73億元，較上年同期增長0.46%，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.44億元，較上年同期增長9.73%。與此同時，產品質量進一步提升，市場份額進一步擴大，公司依然保持強勁的發展勢頭，朝着既定的高質量發展目標穩步前進。基本每股收益0.49元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利2.5元(含税)。
2019年公司在原有的等速驅動軸研發和生產的基礎上，經公司第四屆董事會第十次會議決議和公司2018年年度股東大會審議通過了《關於公司公開發行可轉換公司債券方案的議案》，募集資金用途為建設“年產200萬套高端驅動軸智能製造生產線項目”。公司可轉債已於2019年10月31日起在深交所掛牌交易，債券簡稱“遠東轉債”，債券代碼“128075”。本次公開發行可轉募集資金到位後，公司資金實力得到提升，為公司的後續發展提供有力保障。2019年，公司已開始向福田、宇通、金龍等多家整車製造商供應等速驅動軸產品。
2019年，公司堅持“產品高端化，製造智能化”戰略，繼續圍繞“高端智造·轉型升級”理念，加快落實“機器換人”重點項目的進程。截止2019年底，公司通過大量的資金投入，購買先進的智能化機器設備，建成高端智能機器人生產線75條，通過這些智能設備可以完成零部件的自動化、高精度、高效率生產，進一步提升了機器換人、設備換芯、生產換線的智能化生產水平。
2019年，公司圍繞“創新發展”為中心，始終堅持“創新每一天”的工作主旋律。公司通過多重評審、答辯和現場核查程序，被河南省工業和信息化廳擬認定為省級工業設計中心，目前已經通過公示期；公司承擔的河南省重大科技專項“節能與新能源汽車等速驅動軸研發及智能製造技術應用”項目順利通過了河南省科技廳組織的驗收；另外，公司正在進行研發的“基於物聯網的鐘形殼、筒形殼及中間軸智能製造過程大數據應用關鍵技術研發”項目被推舉為河南省重點創新示範專項；子公司中興鍛造成功申報了河南省專精特新優質中小企業。此外，公司研發團隊攻堅克難，通過工藝改進，使產品在適應市場需求上取得了顯著效果。輕量化新材料高強度鋁合金產品已完成相關原材料、製造工藝、降重空間等方面評估工作，降重空間明顯；在中重型產品結構設計優化方面，完成空心花鍵軸叉、空心中間花鍵軸設計方案及CAE強度模擬等產品設計研發儲備工作。全年共獲得授權專利28項，其中發明專利授權1項，實用新型專利授權27項，在各級核心報刊雜誌及學術會議上發表論文4篇。
