齊翔騰達(002408.SZ)2019年營收超300億元 擬10派0.8元
格隆匯4月25日丨齊翔騰達(002408.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，報告期內，實現營業收入300.58億元，同比增長7.64%；總資產141.31億元，同比增長22.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產75.6億元，同比增長3.71%。實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.20億元，基本每股收益0.35元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.8元(含税)。
報告期內，面對國內外持續低迷的市場環境，公司立足主業，狠抓安全穩定生產與降本增效，努力實現效益最大化，全力推進第四個“六年計劃”，多個新項目取得實質性進展。全年化工產品產量完成163.23萬噸，同比增加0.29%，實現了檢修年不減產、產量創新高。
主營業務方面，2019年受國內經濟增速持續下行、國際局勢動盪、安全環保形勢不斷趨緊、化工行情持續低迷等因素影響，公司化工板塊部分產品盈利水平較去年有所下滑。為實現效益最大化，加強產、供、銷各環節的聯動，壓減原材料採購成本、提升盈利產品產能、狠抓產品推價銷售力度，做到抓兩頭促中間，多效並舉提升盈利能力。
甲乙酮作為公司主打產品，繼續保持良好盈利能力，毛利率25.98%，同比增長2.47%，國內市場佔有率持續保持50%以上，佔國內出口份額60%以上；順酐繼續提高市場佔有率和競爭力，國內市場佔有率25%以上，佔國內出口份額50%以上。丙烯價格較為穩定，已逐漸成為公司盈利能力突出的第三大化工產品。新增供應鏈業務經過前期市場的開拓，業務種類、市場規模有較大提升。公司將繼續圍繞供應鏈業務，做細做全，在開拓市場的同時，逐步提升毛利水平。
公司將繼續加強化工板塊和供應鏈板塊的業務融合力度，發揮公司產品競爭和市場佔有率優勢，打通上下游，有效降低和縮短商品流通環節費用支出和時間，有效提高週轉率、減少成本和提升效益。
