電光科技(002730.SZ)與中電五十一所簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯4月24日丨電光科技(002730.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)於2020年4月24日與中國電子科技集團公司第五十一研究所(“中電五十一所”或“乙方”)於上海市閔行區簽署了《智慧礦山建設戰略合作協議》(“戰略協議”)。為響應國家發展改革委、應急部、煤監局等八部委聯合印發的《關於加快煤礦智能化發展的指導意見》的精神，順應產業趨勢，把握機會發展企業，雙方本着自願、平等、互利的原則，經充分協商，決定建立戰略合作伙伴關係，共同探索發展機遇。
甲方是國內防爆電氣知名企業，專業從事防爆電器的研發、生產、銷售；乙方主要從事電子專業基礎研究和設備研製，在波導及元器件、微波模塊、通用儀表、軌道交通信號傳輸系統等領域有着深厚的技術積累。雙方在智慧礦山、透明礦井、礦山機器人、礦山大數據與人工智能、5G與物聯網等領域具有較大合作空間。公司與中電五十一所基於以下原則開展戰略合作：
雙方同意建立戰略合作伙伴關係，在遵守國家法律及各自行業有關規定的前提下，順應產業趨勢，相互支持、優勢互補、平等合作。雙方聯合開發礦山智能感知、定位技術、礦區通信、信息融合處理等核心技術，對智慧礦山、透明礦井、礦山機器人、礦山大數據與人工智能、5G與物聯網等領域合力攻關。
中電五十一所將“軍品立所、民品強所”作為發展思路，在多個專項技術領域逐步形成了具有自身特色、擁有自主知識產權的技術和產品，是國家一類整機研究所、國家高新技術企業。自 1978年6月建所以來，研究所加大科研、生產保障條件建設，如期完成計劃工程，開展了院所綜合改造等條件保障建設項目的申報，技術能力不斷增強，除發展軍品外，中電五十一所也同時大力開拓波導及元器件、微波模塊、通用儀表、軌道交通信號傳輸系統等民品市場，具有堅實的可持續發展基礎。公司與中電五十一所的此次戰略合作有利於雙方發揮各自的特長和優勢，響應《關於加快煤礦智能化發展的指導意見》的文件精神，順應產業趨勢，聯合開發核心技術，對智慧礦山、透明礦井、礦山機器人、礦山大數據與人工智能領域進行合力攻關，符合公司的發展需求和整體規劃以及全體股東的利益，對進一步鞏固雙方在各自領域內的地位，提升公司核心競爭力具有重要意義。
