龍光地產(03380.HK)每手買賣單位將更改為1000股
4月24日,龍光地產(3380.HK)發佈公告宣佈,公司於香港聯合交易所有限公司主板買賣的本公司股本中的普通股,每手買賣單位將由2000股股份更改為1000股股份,自2020年5月22日上午9時起生效。
此次更改每手買賣單位,不會導致公司股東相關權利有任何變動。公司董事會認為,減少每手買賣單位將有助於促進股份交易和提高股份流通性,吸引更多投資者,擴大股東基礎,符合公司及股東整體利益。
從港股上市公司現實情況來看,買賣單位“拆細”,一方面會使得股份交易更加合理高效,讓投資者股份買賣更具靈活性,另一方面會降低交易門檻,讓更多投資者有機會分享公司發展成果,對公司價值形成長期利好。
