格隆匯4月24日丨東吳證券(601555.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入51.30億元，同比增長23.27%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤10.37億元，同比增長189.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤10.32億元，同比增長197.08%；基本每股收益0.35元，擬每10股派送現金紅利1.3元(含税)。
報告期末，公司總資產962.35億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產209.56億元。
經紀及財富管理業務主要是代理客户(包括通過互聯網)買賣股票、基金、債券、期貨等，通過提供專業化研究服務，協助投資者作出投資決策。報告期內，經紀及財富管理業務實現營業收入13.87億元，同比增長27.25%。
2019年，“改革”成為資本市場的關鍵詞。科創板正式開板，上市公司再融資、併購重組業務鬆綁，新三板發行承銷政策徵求意見，創業板深化改革，為市場帶來了新的機遇。公司投行業務堅持穩中求進的戰略方針，嚴控風險、突出主業、搶抓機遇，創新發展與風控合規雙輪驅動，圍繞核心客户打造全產業、全方位價值鏈，全面助力實體經濟發展。報告期內，公司投資銀行業務實現收入6.44億元，同比增長5.18%。
投資與交易業務是以公司自有資金和依法籌集的資金進行權益性證券、固定收益證券、衍生工具及其他另類金融產品的投資交易。報告期內，公司投資與交易業務共實現業務收入23.99億元，同比增長49.70%。
資管及基金管理業務是提供傳統資產管理業務、基金管理業務，根據資產規模及客户需求開發資產管理產品和服務。報告期內，資產管理業務實現收入0.77億元，同比下降59.93%。
信用交易業務主要為個人及機構客户提供包含融資融券、股票質押式回購、約定購回等資本中介業務。報告期內，信用交易業務實現營業收入6.30億元，同比下降2.95%。
