華昌化工(002274.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升41.91%至2.02億元 擬10派1元
格隆匯4月24日丨華昌化工(002274.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入63.15億元，同比增長8.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.02億元，同比增長41.91%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.9億元，同比增長46.61%；基本每股收益0.2116元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
報告期，公司圍繞國家相關產業政策，積極落實發展規劃，穩步推進企業轉型升級及產業拓展；原料結構調整項目二期、新戊二醇及其配套裝置項目實現穩產、達產；在氫能源領域按既定計劃、規劃穩步推進。2020年度，本公司將圍繞既定的發展規劃，推進實施年產3萬噸新戊二醇及10萬噸聚酯樹脂項目、及年產20,000噸聚脲及2,000噸馬來酸二乙酯項目；同時強化技術研發與儲備，為現有產業裝備提升運營能力提供支持，並結合市場調研為後續發展做好項目儲備。
毛利增加。報告期，公司實現毛利7.61億元，與上年相比增加1.06億元；造成毛利增加的主要原因包括：由於原料結構調整項目二期、新戊二醇項目等投產，導致生產成本降低，產能增加；在同比產品價格下降的情況下，仍增加了毛利。具體表現在：純鹼與上年相比增加毛利1665.38萬元；肥料系列產品與上年相比增加毛利6441.31萬元；多元醇、精甲醇與上年相比增加毛利4524.34萬元；外購外銷貿易(含貿易型公司)營業收入下降23,561.25萬元，導致與上年相比減少毛利1107.91萬元。
報告期，銷售費用、管理費用、研發費用、財務費用發生額5.44億元，與上年相比增加8343.95萬元。增加的主要原因為：銷售費用中，由於銷售產品量增加等，運費增加1329.55萬元，職工薪酬增加360.97萬元；管理費用中，職工薪酬增加1778.51萬元，辦公設施維修增加了支出；財務費用中，由於項目投產後，項目佔用貸款資金利息不再進行資本化處理，導致利息支出增加3170.21萬元，匯兑損益增加659.03萬元。
