格隆匯4月23日丨三愛健康集團(01889.HK)發佈公告,自2020年1月爆發2019新型冠狀病毒疾病後,中國已持續實施一系列預防及控制措施。儘管集團在福建及其他省份的辦事處及工廠的暫停營運已逐漸解除,但仍未能確定集團的業務(尤其是製造業務)何時能完全恢復運作。
展望未來,集團將繼續採取措施改善及加強集團的業務能力,並探索新商機以擴大及多元化開拓本集團的業務,以長遠提升其增長潛力及股東價值。
應公司要求,公司股份已於聯交所暫停買賣,並將繼續暫停直至公司達成復牌條件為止。
