格隆匯4月23日丨天晟新材(300169.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入8.94億元，同比下降1.22%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.89億元，上年度為淨利潤1619.38萬元；基本每股虧損0.89元，公司計劃不派發現金紅利，不送紅股，不以公積金轉增股本。
公司作為全國知名的高分子發泡材料專業生產商，一直致力於高分子發泡材料的研究、開發、生產和銷售。公司在軟質泡沫材料、結構泡沫材料及上述材料的後加工產品應用方面，均處於市場領先地位，並進一步擴大交通配套類產品的市場開發與應用。
公司的PE、EVA、SBR、CR等軟質發泡產品品種齊全，運動用品系列設計新穎，市場覆蓋面廣，並與國內外知名客户建立了長期合作關係。公司加工成套事業部擁有10萬級和1萬級淨化中心，所生產的高分子材料加工品主要為國內外知名家電、通訊、IT、汽車等品牌進行配套。近年來，公司自主研發的高新技術產品——結構泡沫材料Strucell系列產品，已成功跨入風力發電、軌道交通、房車營地車、船舶製造、節能建築等領域，填補了國內空白。
公司通過了ISO14001環保體系認證和ISO9001質量保證體系認證。公司的高性能清潔能源設備材料[結構泡沫芯材]，被批准為江蘇省重大科技成果轉化項目。同時，該材料通過了德國勞氏船級社GL認證；軌道交通用結構泡沫材料通過了德國DIN5510燃燒性能認證、法國NFF16-101燃燒測試認證；運動休閒類產品通過了歐洲ROHS認證、瑞士SGS認證；汽車配套類產品，通過了勞氏質量認證有限公司/國際汽車特別工作組（IATF）的ISO/TS16949認證；家電配套類產品通過了JIS標準認證。公司將精益化生產、閉環管理及JIT等先進的管理理念和模式，科學地運用於生產經營，使公司近年來核心競爭優勢凸現，發展迅速。
