西藏珠峰(600338.SH)控股股东1400万股解除质押
格隆汇4月23日丨西藏珠峰(600338.SH)公布,近日,公司收到公司控股股东塔城国际发来的通知和《证券质押登记解除通知书》,塔城国际为他人融资提供增信业务质押予上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司南京分行的1400万股股份已于2020年4月20日解除质押。
截至本公告披露日,塔城国际持有公司3.50亿股,占公司总股本的38.29%。本次解除质押1400万股,占其持有公司股份的4.00%,占公司总股本的1.53%。本次解除质押后,塔城国际剩余被质押股份数量为2.26亿股。
