巨星科技(002444.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升24.83%至8.95億元
格隆匯4月23日丨巨星科技(002444.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入66.25億元，同比增長11.64%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.95億元，同比增長24.83%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8.2億元，同比增長7.14%；基本每股收益0.84元。
2019年，全球經濟形勢錯綜複雜，中美貿易糾紛繼續變化，全球經濟貿易增速顯著放緩，給公司經營管理帶來一定壓力。對此，公司積極採取多種應對措施，充分發揮自身龍頭地位優勢，取得了良好的業績增長。
1、手工具(Hand Tools)業務
報告期內，公司充分藉助創新、品牌、渠道和國際化四大優勢，打造和發展自有品牌，加快國際化戰略的步伐，加強電商渠道建設，進一步鞏固了世界工具行業的龍頭地位。全年手工具業務實現銷售收入510,570.39萬元，同比增長4.55%。報告期內,公司自有品牌取得突破性發展，全年銷售額首次突破3億美元，佔比超過35%，同時，公司在美國依靠收購的ARROW和PRIME-LINE兩個公司在東海岸和西海岸的製造基地，初步完成了北美物流倉儲售後服務體系的建設，為美國客户提供了完全本土化的銷售服務。另外，公司加速東南亞製造基地的建設，越南製造基地投產運行，其他東南亞地區選址工作全面展開。最後，公司中國總部繼續加大研發投入，並有序節約各項運營開支，進一步保證了產品的毛利潤率和淨利潤的增長。
報告期內，公司使用電商這一全新的渠道，實現銷售收入超過5000萬美元。公司發揮自身產品的品類齊全和品質優良優勢，開展細分市場的電商渠道建設，優化自有電商渠道，以更好服務客户，報告期內實現電商銷售快速增長。
2、激光測量儀器(laser Measurement)業務
報告期內，公司激光測量業務繼續維持穩定增長。激光事業部在率先遭遇中美貿易糾紛的不利環境下，繼續實現了國際市場銷售收入的增長，同時在國內市場大力推廣激光工具和測量儀器的自主品牌“普瑞測”，並取得了渠道建設的突破性進展。但是由於激光業務規模效應還不明顯，現階段研發投入較高等因素影響，毛利潤水平還未能達到最優狀態，未來還有持續優化的空間。同時，公司將繼續加大海外激光測量儀器製造基地的建設，以保證美國市場順利發展。
3、工業存儲箱櫃(workshop and warehouse furnishings )業務
報告期內，公司加大對工業存儲箱櫃業務的整合，並且將該產品成功打入了美國主流商超渠道，取得了較好的成績，再次證實了公司在非手工具創新業務的發展實力。
